Dr. Krzysztof Sliwinski comments on the regional and domestic impact Poland might face now that former Poland’s Prime Minister has been appointed new president of the European Council.

Taking into account the Polish sentiments towards Russia, Dr. Sliwinski discusses the challenges for Poland to take a pragmatic approach towards one of the current priority issues of the European Union: the political relationship with Russia.
