Mr Frank WONG is an architect by profession and has been involving institutional design in the private sector for almost 10 years before joining the Government. He is the Project Director in Architectural Services Department handling mainly government offices, law courts and school projects before joining EKEO of DEVB in Sept 2016 as the Deputy Head.
