CITY GARDENER
HEAD OF URBAN ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT OF MALMO/SWEDEN
Ola Melin is the ‘stadsträdgårdsmästare’ (City Gardener) and Head of the Urban Environment Department of Malmö / Sweden.
He studied in Stockholm, Uppsala, Paris and the US and is a landscape architect by training. Previously he was faculty director at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in Alnarp and worked at Sofiero and Frederick Museums and Gardens in Helsingborg / Sweden.
