Overseas experience is always seen as a significant advantage, which sounds, however, not available for all of us. Indeed, there are some 300,000 international students in Germany in each semester and the total amount will supposedly climb higher in the following years. And Hong Kong students are always welcome to be part of them.
In the coming weekend, from 5th to 8th February, the 25th Education & Careers Expo organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council will take place in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Wan Chai, in which there will be over 700 exhibitors from different countries and regions. Then the European Union Office to Hong Kong & Macao and representatives of 6 countries (Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland and Spain) will set up their own booths as the general enquiry.
On 7th February, which is named particularly as “European Education Day”, various seminars related to working holiday scheme as well as study in Europe are held by several institutions, such as European Union Office to Hong Kong & Macao, German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macao etc. Former exchange students will be at the booths to provide you useful first-hand experience.
