Synopsis
Employers and labour unions of several french enterprises have signed a legally binding agreement in April 2014, forbidding employers to contact their employees after work. The signing of the agreement is to ensure that workers’ family life would not be disturbed by work, and that they could fully relax and enjoy their time off work.
