A qualified professional planner with over 25 years of urban planning/development experience in both Singapore and Hong Kong. In Singapore, Mr Tang involved in public housing management, estate redevelopment and new town master planning. In Hong Kong, he worked for the former Land Development Corporation (LDC) since its establishment in 1988 to its transformation to the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) in 2001 until now. During the period, he managed a number of district based planning studies and urban renewal projects including Langham Place in Mong Kok and Kwun Tong Town Centre which is the largest urban renewal project ever undertaken by the URA.
